D&BConsult was created with the simple goal of providing developers with a 'Construction Management Contract' approach to deliver schemes with exceptional service.
The aim being to enhance their experience by maximising their gains through an open book approach, whilst minimising risk by maintaining control of how their money is allocated. It offers the same holistic scope of services you get with a Main Contractor, but at a reduced overhead, more reasonable prelims and the comfort of knowing that your valuation payments are dedicated solely to your specific projects Sub-contractors and Supply Chain.

Glenn Roberts
Operations Director
Glenn has 20 years experience in the Construction Industry, with over half being at Senior Management level for highly regarded Main Contractors. He has successfully delivered more than £70m of contracts, in the role of Contracts Manager working in all sectors including; residential, student residential, social housing estates, education, prisons, heritage grade 2 listed and retail.
These include extensive experience in contaminated brownfield sites taking them from remediation to full validation. Working in traditional, timber frame and modern Construction Methodologies, whilst maintaining full CDM compliance and achieving exceptional standards of SHE best practises.
Rory Loughran
Commercial Director
Rory has over 16 years experience in the construction industry with a decade in Senior Commercial roles for large regional Main Contractors, both in construction and civil engineering. Adept in executing JCT, NEC and PPC 2000 contracts.
His experience includes new build and refurbishment projects across the residential, commercial and public sectors incorporating high rise, social housing, custodial properties, listed building restoration, rail, airports and education.
With comprehensive understanding of the Construction Act, government soft landings and corporate social responsibility, his strengths lie in maximising value whilst keeping a firm control of costs.
